CAD services

Our CAD department consists of 7 working stations (4x Gerber, 2x Assyst, 1x Investronica, compatible with Lectra and Grafis).

At your wish, from a sketch we can create:

• first patterns

• production patterns  

• grading

• adapting of the values of gathering

• tailoring pictures / Plottfiles

  
  

• Constructing the basic (first) pattern upon the base of a sketch or original template;

We use our own patterns for grading, but we can also follow yours or we can offer to develop patterns for your own production line. Our Department handles a collection of patterns for every kind of clothes, such as: T-shirts, shirts, blouses, trousers, coats, dresses, skirts, etc.; 

• Board for digitalization, i.e. transferring (copying) the hand-made patterns;

• Grading the basic pattern;

The grading is realized by highly professional personnel who work on the base of Gerber, Assyst and Investronica systems, applying the program for:
- File conversion into AAMA format with .DXF and .RUL extension, which secures the readability of all other systems;
- Direct conversion of LECTRA files into .IBA, .VET, .MDL and .PLX formats;
- File conversion from AUTO CAD with .DXF extension.

• Calculation of the clothing;

Calculation of the use of tailoring stripe for basic and additional material is always in the way of its rational usage;

• Printing on plotter;

Cad service works with HPGL Plotters' for printing HPGL and files;

• Analyzing the values of gathering/optimizing the pattern;

Due to the result of the material reaction at the finishing the processing (wash up, colouring, etc.), an additional correction to the production patterns is realized.

• Tailor stripes we made on Accunest Gerber automatically, for the best fabric consumption;
